Mr Trayner is a qualified mechanical engineer with 35 years experience in the construction, oil and gas, nuclear and renewable energy industries. Tony has been directly responsible for and managed the successful delivery of various companies goals and targets.

Mr Eielsen holds an MSc in petroleum technology and is the inventor of the technology which forms the basis for Flumill's business concept. He has broad industry experience and his positions include principle engineer, head of supervisory activities at the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate and manager for environment and health and safety with Amoco Norway Oil Company.

Mr. Brattekås holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/Offshore Technology/Economics from the University in Agder. He has a broad experience from offshore yards, offshore contractors (Kv¾rner Installation), Lifeboat manufacturing (Norsafe) and composite development and production. His main working areas have been Project Planning/Management, Engineering/Design and General Business Management.
